The latest phase of the campaign to promote Yes to #LiveableLimerick focuses on schools and educating young people, both at primary and post-primary about the importance of influencing decision-makers to ensure that a more sustainable option is chosen for our City.
We would like to encourage schools to ask pupil representatives (Post-Primary only) from Student Councils to attend the meetings in 58 O’ Connell Street, Limerick on Thursday evenings, where they can take part in the discussions about our City.
Several post-primary schools are already involved with Yes to #LiveableLimerick – but we would like to see all schools getting involved.
Teachers from Primary Schools are also attending our weekly meetings and teacher representatives from all pre-schools and primary schools are welcome to attend.
